Return Shipping Costs: Customers are 100% responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos or an unboxing video of the damaged product. Without photo/video proof, we cannot process a refund or replacement.
